Delivery and Returns Policy
Customer should adhere to following guidelines while returning/exchanging products:
- Product can be exchanged or returned if you have received a different product or in damaged condition.
- Our policy lasts for 10 days from the date of product delivered. We can’t offer you a return or exchange if 10 days have gone by since you received your product.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please retain original packing including seal and labels. Please note that if any used products are found by customer, return won’t be accepted. The video of package opening can be attached on the same email.
- For return just mail us on info@nutlite.in with your order id number. we try our level best to reply with-in 48 hours.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We strictly don’t entertain returns for customized cases.
- Please inform Nutlite customer care through email on the receipt of the product about damage or problems, if any, at info@nutlite.in
- Based on the instructions from Nutlite executives, customer can return the product through courier.

- Please mention your name, order number and mobile number on the parcel. Customer can intimate us about the courier and tracking ID at info@nutlite.in
- Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping charges. In case costumer need replacement, Nutlite will replace the product within 30 working days.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
